→ When one fights for a righteous or noble cause.


And in fighting for their country, faith and king noble impressions on people’s minds would ring

→ It means an honourable or admirable influence left in people’s minds.

→ Brave knights who fight for their country, faith, and king can leave a noble impression.

a. What does ‘heroic exploits’ mean?

→ It means brave and daring deeds or actions.

b. What are legends?

→ Legends are traditional stories about heroic people and their great deeds.


B. Answer briefly

What is an adventure?

→ An adventure is an exciting or daring experience that involves courage and risk.


Describe the appearance of a knight.

→ A knight wears shining armour and carries weapons like a sword or lance while riding a horse.


What are the characteristics of an adventure?

→ An adventure involves bravery, excitement, challenges, and the spirit to overcome danger.


C. Think and Answer

Why does the poet ask us to imagine that we have tiny wings on our back?

→ The poet asks us to imagine having wings to inspire us to be brave, free, and noble in our actions—just like the knights.


Why should we fight for righteous cause?

→ We should fight for a righteous cause because it brings honour, respect, and goodness to society.
