1. Learning Objectives
The teacher expects the students to:
Understand the central idea of the poem.
Appreciate the qualities of women such as courage, strength, determination, and self-respect.

At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
1009 - appreciates nuances and shades of literary meanings, talks about literary devices like onomatopoeic sounds, symbols, metaphors, alliterations, comparisons, allusions and the poet's or the writer's point of view.
1027 - identifies significant literary elements such as figurative language— metaphor, imagery, symbol, simile, intention or point of view, rhyme scheme, etc.
1028 - uses the figurative meaning of words and phrases as given in the texts read.
Explain the theme of women's empowerment.
Identify the qualities of an empowered woman.
Use the new vocabulary in meaningful sentences.
Respect and appreciate the role of women in family and society.
Apply the values of confidence, persistence, courage, and self-respect in their daily lives.
3. Introduction
The teacher introduces the lesson by asking the following questions:
Who is the strongest woman you know? Why do you admire her?
What qualities make a woman successful?
Can women perform every task that men perform? Give examples.
Have you heard about women who have become scientists, pilots, athletes, or leaders?
Why should we respect women?
After the discussion, the teacher introduces the title "I Am Everywoman."
4. Reading and Understanding
The teacher reads the poem aloud with proper pronunciation, rhythm, and expression.
Students read the poem individually and in groups.

6. Consolidation and Presentation
Summary
The poem celebrates the greatness of every woman. The poet describes women as naturally beautiful, courageous, confident, and determined. A woman never loses hope and always believes that better days will come. She cares deeply for her family and society while remaining fearless and self-respecting. She is compared to a lioness because of her bravery. The poem reminds everyone to love, honour, and respect women, as they play an important role in building families and society.
